There are 2 primary methods to create coaching program lessons. One of the ways is to create them in advance, almost as much ast you'll create an info product to sell. Not because you are lazy, not since it was easier to do this way, but because then the deadline was. And when you have a paying client that will stop paying unless you make a lesson, there is considerable incentive to create the lesson. An additional advantage to creating the coaching lessons as you go is that you understand what your clients want and will create the most effective lesson. However, if you've got a client or several clients, those clients let you know what they really want or want, and you will create training that fits those needs. And then for future clients, I've found that so long as you don't alter the enrollment procedure or what you really are telling clients you are going to help them to with, future clients have a tendency to need or want approximately the same thing as prior clients. And when you discover that in the future you can find additional needs, just add lessons that fulfill the additional needs. Over time, you will notice that there is a successful and comprehensive coaching program to suit many clients' needs.
